Light but indulgent, this classic French dessert is a nice finish to every Southern meal. Its brioche dough, lightly flavoured with vanilla powder and orange blossom water, is moist but light thanks to its generous amount of butter and cream. The orange blossom water syrup maximizes its flavours in its center, topped with a velvety Bourbon vanilla diplomate cream.
