Bergamote Pâtisserie
Behind Bergamote’s pastries is me, Camille, a young French woman from all corners of France—a country I deeply love and take pride in celebrating through my creations!
I first chose a path in digital marketing, which took me to New York City, Luxembourg, and Paris, before landing in Toronto in 2022.
But my true excitement had always been pastry (pâtisserie in French)! So in 2024, I decided to follow that passion that had been brewing for years, and trained myself to perfect my skills. In 2025, I got my CAP Pâtissier (Certificate in French Pastry Arts) with the highest honors!
Detail-oriented and driven by a desire to do things right, I trained professionally at Goûter and took various classes to deepen her knowledge: tarts, entremets, trompe-l'œil fruits, and chocolate-making. Today, I'm ready to satisfy your sweetest cravings through Bergamote.
