TONKA FLAN PÂTISSIER

The tonka bean, paired with a touch of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, brings a comforting flavor that blends notes of almond, caramel, and vanilla.

Composed of: Sweet almond dough, Bourbon vanilla and tonka bean custard, neutral glaze.

Allergens: gluten, lactose, nuts, eggs.

Note: this Flan doesn't have its dark brown skin because the custard is not baked long, to preserve its creamy texture.
