Fall is finally here! This season, discover the authentic flavours of traditional North American pies. My take on pecan pie is made with dark maple syrup and a hint of spiced rum, which enhances the nutty sweetness of the pecans. Crunchy, runny, the perfect end to a good meal.

Composed of: Sweet dough, pecan filling (maple syrup, rum, eggs, yellow sugar, vanilla, salt, butter, corn starch), light vanilla whipped ganache.
