I believe that Galette des Rois is the most anticipated dessert every year! And I totally share the enthusiasm!
I love to make them every year, as I put all the best ingredients to make the best version of it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Servings: 6 to 8 / 22cm diameter
Composed of a flaky puff dough made with French-style butter, a delicate frangipane made with Madagascar bourbon vanilla, natural almond extract, and brown butter to enhance the nutty flavors of the galette, and then glazed with a vanilla syrup.
Comes with: a paper crown and a ceramic toy inside.
Allergens: gluten, lactose, eggs, nuts. Design can be slightly changed.
